Hello!
With the new 5010 requirements to NOT fill in box 14, I'm wondering where is the LMP supposed to go when billing a delivery? (Haven't billed OB in many years!)

I had not heard that we were not supposed to put anything in box 14 with 5010. I still put the LMP in box 14 for my current claims that require it. I haven't received any denials/clearinghouse rejections for this but I am having trouble getting all of my prenatal dates in box 19 - I often go over the 80 character limit so I have to be creative in getting all the info the payers require on the claim. Anyone else having trouble with this? How do you handle it?
