LOA of omentum 2nd surgeon

Hello, can someone tell me if a 2nd surgeon is allowed to bill for LOA of omentum
along with the main surgeon for Lap Total Hysterectomy.
or should this be billed as an assistant surgeon...
I'm coding for outpatient hospital.
