I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on this. can you code a 19283 and 19125 together or is it bundled. Same question for 19283 and 19301. same Dr. Doing both procedures in an ASC different rooms/ stereo room then to OR. looking for info on both the ASC side and professional side coding/billing
