I having a lost denials with the HPCPc code Q9967 with the new product
Medicare Advantage, and Medicare also
Somebody have any additional documentation to support the payment
separate for the CT Scan coding ?

This code is usually bundled, no separate payment for supplies? At least in the ASC.
