Just wondering if anyone is using the code Z79.899 for medication review visits for patients on medications for ADD/ADHD, anxiety and or depression?

That is ok Z79.899. Also in back of ICD10 manual has a alphabetical list of meds linked with illness and which block of dx Z79 to use. It is in section Appendix B pharmacy list of long term meds use Z codes. Also if just monitoring meds can add dx Z51.81 and if pt needs new prescription use dx Z76.00.
