Long Term Monitor EEGs performed at home

The patient comes into the hospital outpatient department to have it hooked up, which can be billed as 95700. Can the tech charge for unmonitored EEG (95708) be billed 1 time per day when performed at the patient home? The patient then comes back to the department to have it detached. There is no monitoring of the patient while they are at home.
