HI All!!

Quick question! We have always used "long term use of meds" for running labs on pt's for therapeutic monitoring on their meds. However, since the 10 went into effect, Medicare is denying the "long term use" code.

Does anyone know or have any suggestion as to what code (s) should be used / will be accepted and what the frequency of the testing is?
