Good Morning -
To use long term use of a substance, does the provider have to state any type of correlation to any condition?
Provider notes "use of Ambien for last 10 years."
No correlation or problem was address because of the long term use. But the patient does have a current diagnosis of insomnia.
If I can use it, I am looking at V58.69.
