How would you code this issue?
Patient presents to OB for followup from the ER, the provider in ER perfomed a
US that showed gestational sac, yolk sac, but no cardiac activity. The patient was referred to OB and the OB provider performs a second US which revealed a normal pregnancy. Should a code for no cardiac activity or the findings a normal pregnancy be coded.

I agree with 659.73 (Non-reassuring fetal heart rate or rhythm is listed under this code). I would also suggest looking at V89.09 Other suspected maternal and fetal condition not found. This tells more of 'the story'.
