One of my providers is asking for a diagnosis code for paroxysmal kinesogenic dyskinesia and paroxysmal non-kinesogenic dyskinesia. The only code I can find is 781.3 which is just dyskinesia. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

333.5 is paroxysmal choreo-athetosis (PKD)which should fit the first disease process. Paroxysmal Nonkinesiogenic Dyskinesia (PNKD)...I'll have to get back to you on that one.
