Hello,
I'm new to spine surgeries and I want to make sure that I code this correctly. I'm questioning the instrumentation on this op-note. Am I able to bill 22845 with 22853?
I'm looking to billing this surgery as: 22551, 22845,59, 22852, 22852,59, 22853, 22853,59 x 2, 20936, 20930. Any feedback would be much appreciated! Thanks!!
