I have a plastic surgeon that is currently using their ASC for Plastic cases. He would like to expand the use of the ASC and allow for other specialties to use the ASC. I've done a little bit of research and need some help with determining what is necessary for us to do this. He wants to start with small cases to see if this is even the direction he wants to go and if it all works out, then expand. Does anyone have any forms that they are willing to share as far as Physician Agreements or anything like that? Or is there anyone who is willing to chat with me?
