Hoping to get some help on a code. I have a patient that had multiple injuries due to an MVA. The op report states application of maxillary and mandibular arch bars and maxillomandibular fixation. Yet the only code I find for this states "if not due to fracture". The surgeon also did a Lefort I with rotation and advancement and a septoplasty. Would this already be included in those? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks :confused:
