Our EHR went down for two days. At least one complete day of EHR data prior to going down has been lost. How have others dealt with the issue? We want to cross our "T" and dot our "i".
Thanks for the help
 
A long time ago, we had our EHR go down and the back-up file had not run for several days. Our vendor was able to retrieve data and dump it back in.
