I have a question, a patient had a lower extremity in the right knee using CPT code 20680. Bony spicules in the region were debrided using a rongeur. Would I have to use an additional code for that procedure, or is it included in the cpt code 20680.

Without seeing the op note, it would seem that the debridement would be incidental and bundled into 20680.
