I'm I safe to code M79.661 and M79.662 when a bilateral venous duplex is done and all the physician dictates for a clinical indication is lower limb pain - there were no findings to code. Just lower limb pain.

Without more information, I would code 'lower limb pain' as M79.606. I don't think you can assume that it's bilateral or that it's lower part of the leg without more documentation.
