I need some assistance with the CPT codes for this procedure please. This is a little out of my wheelhouse.

PROCEDURES:
1. Lower lip left

DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE:
After informed consent was obtained, the patient was taken to the operating room and placed in the supine position. Sequential compression devices were placed and activated prior to induction. General anesthesia was achieved and maintained for the remainder of the operation. All pressure points were padded. Preoperative antibiotics were administered. The patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. A throat pack was placed.

I first proceeded to mark both the wet dry border as well as the white roll of the lower lip. I then proceeded to design an incision along the lower gingival labial sulcus as well as incisions for a wedge resection encompassing both the intraoral and extraoral lower lip. The area was then injected with 1% lidocaine with epinephrine. I made the incisions sharply. A wedge excision was performed encompassing my markings along the lower lip. Hemostasis was then obtained. Through the lower gingivolabial incision I proceeded to suspend the mucosa inferiorly to deepen the sulcus. This was performed by tacking down the mucosa to the underlying periosteum of the symphysis with 4-0 Vicryl sutures.

I then proceeded to approximate the muscle of the lower lip with deep buried stitches of 4-0 Vicryl. The wet vermilion and oral mucosa were then approximated with interrupted stitches of 5-0 Vicryl. For the white portion of the lower lip, I placed deep dermal stitches of 6-0 Monocryl. Interrupted fast-absorbing sutures were placed as well in the white portion of the lip.
The incisions were then cleaned and the white portion of the lip was dressed with the Exofin fusion system.
