Need your opinion please on a patient who has lumbar spinal stenosis. We did a lumbar laminectomy at L3, bilateral, complete. Subtotal L4 laminectomy, bilateral. L3-4 facetectomy bilateral. Foraminotomy of L3 and
L4 nerve roots bilaterally.

Would you code a 63047 and 63048 or would you only code 63047?
