Insurance is denying CPT 63056 as inclusive to CPT 63047.
Procedures were as follows:

CPT 63056
CPT 63047-59
CPT 63048
CPT 69990

Title of Procedure: Decompressive Lamincectomy
Removal portions of L4 and L5 Lamina
Foraminal Lateral Diskectomy to Decompress Right L4 Root


Do not see that these two procedures are bundled?

Any spinal specialists out there that can back me up on this or let me know if the
insurance [Aetna] is correct and where I might find this info.
