Having a time with all the different possible breast code options. The biggest thing tripping me up right now is for 19301/2: would the documentation have to specify explicitly that a margin of healthy breast tissue was removed along with the abnormal tissue? One of the surgeon's routinely documents "a generous amount of breast tissue was excised around the localizing reflector and the specimen removed". Would you say this is this 19301? 19125?
