I have a patient who has "Osteoporosis secondary to Lupron injections"
Does anyone know the E-code for Lupron? I can't find it :mad:

If you haven't found your answer yet, I would suggest looking at E932.2. Lupron could be considered a hormonal agent. Not sure but just a thought.
