Hi. I have one I'm stumped on. I need some help locating the code in the index for a Lymes Disease Vaccination. I know that 90665 was the correct code at one time, but it has been deleted. A little bit of help would be greatly appreciated :)
 
If I'm not mistaken, I believe that code was deleted because the vaccine that was being used (LYMErix) was withdrawn from the market due to side effects and never was replaced.

As far as I know, there is no current FDA-approved Lyme's disease vaccination, which is why there isn't a CPT code.
