When the physician injects the lymphazurine blue into the subareolar space in the operating room, which code is appropriate- 38900 or 38792 77. The Radionucleotide injection was done prior. Do I need a mod. on 38900 if that is the correct code? Also do I code, the placement of metallic clips for radiation? Thanks, Karen
