Help please. My provider did aspiration of 3 different areas of a patient's leg. he states the diagnosis is lymphedema. He wants to bill 10160 x 3. I don't think that will fly with the insurance carrier (Medicare) for the diagnosis of lympedema. It does seem that according to his note that he did do a puncture aspiration on these.

Does anybody have experience with this situation?
