Lymphedema Mass Excision of the Thigh

Would you use the following code?

15832 Excision, excessive skin and subcutaneous tissue (includes lipectomy); thigh

The patient has a 50 cm x 20 cm Lymphedema Mass . The mass was excised by direct excision and closed with a Local Tissue Rearrangement.
