Do you code an ICD-10 for lymph vascular invasion in a case that is diagnosed with cancer of the same site. Example, Final Diagnosis is Bladder Cancer with lymph vascular invasion.
 
Consider coding the bladder cancer and secondary malignant neoplasm of lymph vessel C79.89 (per the neoplasm table lymph-vessel) making sure to specify it as "lymph vascular invasion from bladder cancer." You need to query if the bladder is the primary site or if there is another primary to know which bladder cancer code. The cancer has invaded the lymphovascular system from the bladder so it's important to code this as a secondary site as well as the type of bladder cancer.
