I am looking for a code for Lynch Syndrome (aka: hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer). I can't find anything under either name anywhere. Please help!
 
V84.09 (genetic susceptibility to other malignant neoplasm) can be used as a secondary dx...

Recently had this one come up too. Found the answer above on another thread. It was the only dx listed so I had to go back to the site and ask some more questions to try to get a good 1st dx.
