We had a patient come in for excision of 2 cysts on her scalp. The first one was removed, no problem. The second one however didn't turn out to be a cyst.

" Using a 15 blade scalpel, a 1 cm linear incision was made over the area of firmness. The wound was explored with Kelly clamps and a curved Iris scissors. No epidermal inclusion cyst could be identified. Old scar tissue was lysed with resolution of previous palpable firmness. The wound was repaired with 3 interrupted sutures with 5-0 ethilon. There were no complications"

What procedure code do I use for this?

Thanks
