Hello!! I am trying to learn MACRA/MIPS ins and outs. Does anyone know where I can find all the rules, guidelines, time periods, etc.? I want to learn this front to back.

The best resource is really CMS' Quality Payment Program page. If you go through the page for each category, it will break it down pretty well. You can also look at individual measure. qpp.cms.gov
