Hi Everyone,

I am hoping someone can sort of this dilemma I am having. I have MD's coding 655.13 and 655.83 with no indications of suspected anomalies to either the fetus or the mother. I am trying to prove my point that this is not a usable code for a normal screening US. I am trying to point out that if there is actually a suspected condition and the results of the US come to be negative, the appropriate code would be V89.03. Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
