Wiki Malignant Excision - Delayed Flap Repair

I know that for malignant excisions, the excision is bundled when performed in conjunction with an adjacent tissue transfer.

If the patient had the excision on one day and then returned the following day for flap repair, would the repair be billable on a different DOS?
