26433 includes 26746 for a mallet repair for Medicare per the CCI edits. Can anyone tell me if commercial payors need this additional code for the work done and additinal anesthesioa time to repair the intraarticular fragments? I am facility coding only as the physicians office will be coding his portion of this procedure. Thanks for your help.
