Does anyone know if there are specific coding criteria for coding malnutrion and it's degree (Mild, Moderate, Severe) for Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACH's)?

i have found some confilicting data regarding albumin level ranges as indicators of the degree and was wondering if anyone codes this on a consistent basis, and if so, what criteria they use.
