With CMS changing the rules on how malnutrition is reimbursed. My question is.. has anyone found a statement that a hospitalist can put in their notation to link it to the dietitians notation that is accepted? Ex. the 2 midnight statement or time of Critical care. My hospitalists have statements that are standard in the notation and we are hoping to find one detailed enough to match the dietitian as well.
