Need the CPT code for a Mammogram.

Patient is referred for a mammogram just for screening.
Trying to look up the set amount for the patient.

I see there's CPT 77051-77059 range. Which is applied?

For just screening 77057 Screening Mammography, bilater (2-view film study of each breast w/ 77052 for computer aided detection applied to a screening mammogram.
