If a patient has alcoholic liver cirrhosis and he has hypoalbuminemia and hyperbilirubinemia documented in the medical record, do we code each of them separately or are they considered part of the liver cirrhosis and therefore not coded separately ? Are these considered manifestations or signs of liver cirrhosis ?

Yes, I would diagnosis them in addition to cirrhosis of the liver. E88.09 and E80.6 are possible options depending on the documentation.
