Manual Reduction of intussuscepted bowel

Could you please help me with the following:

With the patient under muscle relaxation, the bowel was compressed for an extended period of time in order to allow some reduction of the edema, I was then able to manually feed the bowel back intraluminally reversing the intussuscception. After reduction, the bowel was peristalsing at the ostomy site.

The only code I can find is 44050 but a laparotomy was not done.
