Provider documented Marginal Zone Lymphoma; however, he did not specify the site, nor does he indicate "Extra Nodal", "Nodal", "Splenic" or " MALT" and we cannot query for clarification. Would the default for MZL be C88.4? I just could not map it in the index. Would the default for MZL be C88.4?
