Good afternoon, I am a new biller for a pain management practice and I have a question on billing Marlido kits. This practice has been billing for this kit using J3490 along with NDC and description of the Marlido Kit, however; recently we have started receiving denials by most payers requesting a corrected cpt/hcpc code. Does anyone else use Marlido kits? Thank you.
