Does anyone know how to code Moisture associated skin damage on the Labia for Wound care?

I would consider a diagnosis of 'skin damage' to be non-specific because it does not tell you anything in particular about the disease or condition itself, so I would use L98.9 - Disorder of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, unspecified. Otherwise, you could query the provider for more detail, e.g. does this constitute an ulcer, if there is no additional information in the record.
