Hello all,

Pre/Post dx: orbital mass in lacrimal gland
Path came back chronic dacryoadenitis with microgranulomas

Procedure: Orbitotomy with removal of mass

Op reads:

lid crease incision, blunt and sharp dessection was used to open the orbiatl septum. Mass was identified in the lacrimal gland. Removed the sent to path

Was looking at 67412 then 68540/68550 but that reads "tumor"??

67412 376.11 375.02??

I don't think 68540/68550 are appropriate for your scenario, but I do think that 67415 is correct, based on the info you posted.
