Hello, does anyone know if there is a list of approved diagnosis codes for the Massachusetts Medicaid ACO. I know they have states that as of right now they are not providing the specific dx codes like CMS and HHS do with the HCC's, and that they are just providing "categories", but I have found that the categories can mean such a wide variety of codes, that there is really no way to know which specific dx codes they are including in these "categories". I was just wondering if anyone has come across any list of dx codes or any other further information that may be helpful.

I didn’t see any when I looked. I would use the HHS model. If they have specific guidelines, that I’m not sure of.
