Hello! My physician does a brachytherapy catheterization in her office, and after this she custom fits a mastectomy bra to hold the catheter in place. Is this seperately billable? I can't find any CCI edits that say it's NOT seperately billable, and Medicare does pay for mastectomy fitting and supplies using the L8000 - L8039 HCPCS code range. If it is seperately billable, which L code do I use?
