Hello! My physician does a brachytherapy catheterization in her office, and after this she custom fits a mastectomy bra to hold the catheter in place. Is this seperately billable? I can't find any CCI edits that say it's NOT seperately billable, and Medicare does pay for mastectomy supplies using the L8000 - L8039 HCPCS code range. For the fiting I was thinking CPT 97760 (orthotics mgmt and training, ea. 15 min.) If it is seperately billable, which L code do I use, and is that the correct CPT? I bill for multiple surgeons, but this is the first that does this procedure in the office. Thanks!
