Mastopexy + Abdominoplasty + Liposuction + Breast Mass Excision

Hi everyone, could you please help me with this case? I’m working on a Practicode case with bilateral mastopexy, abdominoplasty, suction-assisted lipectomy of the bilateral axilla/chest wall, upper abdomen, and flanks, and excision of a left breast mass.
POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSES:
1. Localized abdominal adiposity.
2. Left axillary glandular tissue.
3. Bilateral breast ptosis.
4. Left breast lump upper inner quadrant

OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
1. Bilateral mastopexy.
2. Bilateral axillary and chest wall suction-assisted lipectomy.
3. Excision of left breast lump upper inner quadrant.
4. Abdominoplasty with upper abdomen and flank liposuction.

For CPT, I’m considering 19316-50, 15830, 15847, 15877, and 19120-LT. I checked NCCI edits for the possible code pairs and got “No data to display,” so I’m wondering if these would generally be reported separately when each procedure is clearly documented.

For ICD-10-CM, I’m considering N64.81, L98.7, E65, and N63.22. I’m having trouble figuring out how to code “left axillary glandular tissue.” Would that be considered accessory breast tissue, localized adiposity, or something else?

Also, could someone please clarify whether axilla/chest wall liposuction should be coded as 15877 for trunk or 15878 for upper extremity?

Thank you so much for your help!
