Is there a limit on how many e/m visits are allowed to be billed during a month for a chemotherapy patient? Is there a limit in general for how many e/m visits are allowed to be billed for one patient? I know the guidelines for billing treatment and office visits on the same dates of service, but I'm curious on the guidelines when no treatment is performed. I can't find a specific answer to this yet.
