Is there a max number of problems listed in the assessment that are counted in determining the complexity that they will consider coding such the order of the assessments should be based on the procedures matched to it? i.e. an encounter with 12 problems and problem 12 is the screening for depression, which has the PHQ9 procedure associated with it. Will that procedure still be counted for reimbursement even though it is associated with problem #12 in the list. Thank you.
