Hi:
Our neurologist is wanting to bill out for Mayfield Tongs, 20660, with craniotomy or craniectomy. He uses them for stabilization. What I have found you can not bill out for this procedure, as it is part of the main procedure. Can you tell me if this is correct or should I be charging out 20660 along with the main procedure.
