I received a denial from a Medicare replacement plan, CPT G0439 for reason that the diagnosis age was inappropriate. The diagnosis used was V70.0. The patient is under 65 but qualifies for Medicare as they are diabled. I think this is an invalid denial but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem as well..
