Can anyone tell me.....can a medical doctor bill therapy codes??? This doc does not have a licensed therapist on staff but treats DSM-IV diagnoses

Not typically; D's should be billing the appropriate level E/M. The MD's usually have to be a Behavioral Health Medical Provider (BHMP). Just my input.
